At Earp Dentistry, our goal is to provide caring, state-of-the-art dentistry to our patients while educating them in the importance of preventative oral health. Donna is one of the first staff members you will meet on your visit to our office. Donna began her dental career in 2002 and has been with our practice since 2006. She is our receptionist and keeps this place running. She has an Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and is a retired state employee. Donna and her husband, Paul, enjoy any activities that keep them outside in the sun. They love visits to the beach, cooking, golfing, sunning by the pool, and cruising around in their convertible.
Brittany’s interest in the dental field sparked in 2007, while working for a practice in Rocky Mount. She then pursued her North Carolina Dental Assisting Degree. Brittany joined the Earp Dentistry team in 2009 as an assistant. She now helps patients understand their insurance and treatment needs. Brittany enjoys going to church, spending time with her Boxer, shopping, and farming with her family.
Lisa began working with Earp Dentistry in 2013 as a receptionist, but her career in health care really started as a receptionist in a medical practice long before joining our team. Lisa is a real people person who loves meeting new patients and helping them out with their treatment needs. She joined our team to help us manage all the new dental plans that have sprung up due to the Health Insurance Marketplace, and has been a true asset in this department. Lisa is a native of Durham and loves spending her free time outdoors in the sun, target shooting, ATVs, shopping, and visiting her two ECU Pirate children, David and Jennifer, who also live in Greenville.
Courtney’s career with us began in the summer of 2007 part time helping out the front desk and wherever needed in the office. Later, she moved to full time as a receptionist in 2009 when the practice moved to a brand new facility on Emerald Place. She began her career in health care as a receptionist at a Family Physicians office, where she realized her commitment to help take care of others. Courtney attended Peace College for her BS in Business, later pursuing her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at East Carolina University. A native of Kinston, she now resides in Winterville with her husband, John (also an ECU Pirate!). They enjoy spending time with family, friends and always endeavor to have fun!
Billie Jo grew up down east in beautiful Edenton. She first experienced dentistry watching her mother’s career in the dental field and saw the amazing rewards of helping others. Billie Jo knew that dentistry was her calling and pursued her Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene degree from Wayne Community College. She has been a hygienist since 2005. She joined our hygiene team in 2011 after gaining experience working for a periodontist. Billie Jo resides in Greenville with her husband, Beasley, and their son Jonah. In her free time she enjoys being with family, attending church, and watching Pirate Basketball.
While a true Pirate at heart, Mary graduated from the Wayne Community College Dental Hygiene Program in 2012. Mary started her dental career as a temporary hygienist before accepting a full time position with Earp Dentistry in 2013. She enjoys seeing her patients every 3-6 months to help them achieve their oral hygiene goals. Mary loves spending time with family, friends and her two family dogs, Annabelle and Molly.
Candice began her dental career in 2012 after graduating from the Dental Hygiene program at Wayne Community College. As soon as you sit in the chair to work with Candice, you know she is a great people person. She strives to give each patient a personal experience and loves the relationships she forms with her patients. While not at the office, Candice enjoys spending time with her husband, Ray, and their two young children, Maci and Wyatt.
Karen has been in dentistry since 1984, when she graduated with her DA I from the Lyons Institute in New Jersey. She has been working with Earp Dentistry since 2006, after working for the Greenville Dental Clinic for several years. Karen enjoys working with our great patients because of the accomplishment of helping others with treatment, especially assisting and comforting anxious patients. Karen enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her daughter in Wilmington.
Hollie is one of our dental assistants that first gained interest in the dental field as a teenager going through orthodontic treatment. She pursued her devout interest in the dental field by attending Martin Community College, where she obtained a degree in Dental Assisting, making her a DAII. She joined the Earp Dentistry team in 2012 upon her graduation from Martin Community College. She enjoys taking part in crown and bridge procedures, along with surgery and pediatric treatment. Hollie is a native of Roper, North Carolina. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors, boating, visiting the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.
Janet has been with our practice since its inception in 2006, and she worked with many of our patients even before then. Janet’s favorite part about working at Earp Dentistry is catching up with patients every six months. While practicing hygiene for the past 32 years, Janet also pursued her Bachelors degree, and in 2007 earned a BS in Health Information and Health Services Management from East Carolina University. The opening of the Farmville facility allowed Janet to move into management with Earp Dentistry and put her degree to use. In her spare time, Janet teaches Dental Assisting and Dental Office Management courses for several local community colleges. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, walking, loving up grand-babies, or doing projects around the house with her husband, Paul. Janet lives in Farmville.
Adel has been working in dentistry since 2007 and joined the Earp Dentistry Team in 2013. She brings a lot of experience and is able to communicate with patients in English or Spanish. An active member of her church, Adel sings in the church choir and serves as a youth leader. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, shopping, and photography. Adel is a native of Mexico and was raised in Greenville. She currently resides in Greenville with her husband, Alberto, her daughter, Arissa, and her son, Caleb.
Latisha became a part of the Earp Dentistry family in 2013. She greatly enjoys spending time with her family, and often serves alongside them in her church or while volunteering at the Greenville Homeless Shelter. Latisha’s other main hobby is couponing – she’ll make sure you always have the best deal on toothpaste! While she enjoys shopping and traveling, Latisha would love to learn how to hunt and ride a dirt bike. Latisha lives in Stokes with her husband, Mauriole and four children, Brie , Ah’miya, Tyrese, and Tavia.
Lynn began her career in the dental field in 1989. In 1995 she completed a course in intraoral radiography. Her favorite part about working in dentistry is getting to know all the patients. Away from the dental office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two college age children.
Erin is a graduate of Wayne Community College, and has been a dental hygienist for 12 years. She first became interested in dental hygiene in high school while taking a health occupations class. She enjoys talking with and getting to know her patients during their hygiene appointments. When she is not working, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She loves going to the beach and doing DIY craft projects at home.
Rhonda is from Williamston and works in our Plymouth office. She went to school at Wayne Community College in Goldsboro and has been a Dental Assistant since 1995. Her favorite part of dentistry is getting to know her patients while making them feel comfortable and confident in the dental setting. She enjoys providing great dental care. Rhonda is married and has a seven year old daughter. Her family loves spending time outdoors.
